Differences between coaching vs therapy?

Midgame Coaching differs from therapy by focusing on self-understanding rather than clinical diagnosis. For example, while therapists diagnose mental health issues like depression, coaches assist with thought and emotional processing.

Consider trying coaching if you experience any of the following challenges: Uncertainty about life purpose, difficulty maintaining motivation, persistent procrastination, struggles with behavioural addictions like video game addiction.

Who are the coaches and how can we help you?

We are certified coaches and consultants based in Australia with a wealth of experience working with Gen Y and Z individuals at all stages of life.

How do I sign up for coaching?

We currently offer 1 free coaching session (discovery call) to discuss how we can help. Following this, we will discuss a suitable time that works for both of us. Otherwise, please email us at midgamecoaching@gmail.com with a short description of your goals and we'll be in touch to find a suitable time.

Who is this coaching suitable for?

Our coaching program is for anyone! However, we do specialise in helping young adults (ages 18 to 45) who are facing modern challenges such as unhealthy relationships with technology or digital career changes.

How frequent and how long should I see a coach?

Coaching is usually offered in 8, 12, and 16 week packages. Many of our clients discover that 16 weeks of coaching suits their needs best. However, if you're encountering significant obstacles or feeling particularly stuck, we recommend considering a longer coaching commitment.

What is the billing process?

Coaching is billed weekly or bi-weekly depending on the selected plan. All prices are in AUD.

What is the cancellation policy?

Individual coaching sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. If a session is missed without prior rescheduling or cancellation within this timeframe, or if you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered missed with no refunds provided.

Should you find that coaching isn't suitable for you, we offer a full refund for any unused sessions that have been paid for. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment, however, please note that past sessions or missed sessions are non-refundable.
